Amid the concerns over coronavirus (COVID-19) in the U.S. and abroad, we assure you the safety and wellbeing of our residents and staff are of utmost importance. We are continually monitoring the situation and implementing heightened efforts to provide a safe and clean environment in public spaces.

Effectively immediately we are taking measures to reduce resident and staff interactions in close proximity, most importantly by closing our offices to non-employees, limiting vendor deliveries, and closing the amenity spaces until further notice. We are also limiting work orders to emergency only repairs. This was a difficult decision, and while it may seem like an inconvenience, we believe it is a strong precautionary measure we can take at this time to help protect our residents and staff and is in line with the actions being taken by our peers in residential management. Note that we will remain open and our staff will be available to assist, but wherever possible residents should communicate with our management teams by telephone or electronic means.

Further, while we practice strict and consistent cleanliness standards every day, we have instructed our staff to increase the frequency with which we clean surfaces in our community.

With a proactive approach, we continue to follow recommendations of the “Center for Disease Control” (CDC) for cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched objects and surfaces, how to prevent virus transmission, and procedures in the event there is a suspected or confirmed case among our residents or staff; and will continue to respond based on the advice of government and public health professionals.

As we continue to monitor this evolving situation, we encourage residents to do the same in the comfort of their own home and take appropriate action. The following link on the CDC website is dedicated to the subject matter and includes the latest updates.
